to complete your first triathlon, or you simply desire to become a more accomplished athlete,

Triathlon Training is about helping you reach your peak performance.
The Elite Fitness Triathlon Training Program is a comprehensive program which covers all aspects of
the race during the eight week triathlon camp. Each camp begins nine weeks prior to a specific race for
which participants are encouraged to register, and races will vary in their length and degree of difficulty,
thus providing each participant with a race which best suites their physical capabilities. One time per week,
participants meet as a group for a two-hour-long, structured session which is comprised of lectures, Q&A time,
and hands-on training. Beginning with week one, you will receive a day-by-day detailed program which, if
followed, ensures that you will be prepared for the race.
Coaches for the Elite Fitness Triathlon Training Program are active, competitive triathletes who
provide up-to-date, accurate racing knowledge combined with safe, effective training techniques.

The camp consists of:
- Eight weekly 2-hour clinics with triathlon education, coaching, and activities
- Two private swim technique lessons
- Group open water practices
- Group cycling rides and technique
- Run practice and technique
- Training & Race nutrition/hydration information
- A complete practice race
- Daily triathlon workout routines for the duration of the camp

8 week triathlon training camp cost:
- 26 hours of training - $449.00 = $17.27 per hour
- Eight 2-hour clinics plus two 1-hour swim lessons
- Eight 1-hour conditioning classes
- Plus written weekly day-by-day workouts to train on your own time between
classes
