Here at Elite Fitness, we maximize your workout experience with anaerobic (i.e. strength training, power training and flexibility) and aerobic exercises (i.e. cardio, agility and stability.) Our trainers provide one-of-a-kind workouts that push the limits of all facets of fitness including, agility, speed, strength, power, endurance and stamina. We pride ourselves in rarely repeating workouts. The programs are designed to hold your interest while helping you maximize your fitness potential. A wide spectrum of equipment is utilized (i.e. TRX, kettle bells, weighted bars, pull up bars, Bosu's, cones, rings, ropes, slide boards, weighted balls and plyometric boxes) to improve your all-around fitness.
The general structure of a session is as follows:
- The trainer provides a written workout for the scheduled class.
- The class begins with a dynamic warm up that targets the aerobic system by increasing the heart rate enabling you to maximize your caloric burn.
- The trainer guides you through the workout while continuously monitoring your form to prevent injury and improve performance.
- The anaerobic system is engaged by stressing the muscles to build strength and agility while sustaining the increased heart rate throughout the main workout.
Although these are group classes, the workout programs are structured in such a way that it does not matter if you were a couch potato or an athlete prior to stepping through our doors. These classes are designed to allow each client to attain their own level of success. You'll see that our trainers are supportive, disciplined and respectful of your particular workout requirements.
